Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation, your deposit is totally refundable minus the administration fee.

Confirmation

Your 30% deposit confirms the date and time. Balance is due at event (cash/money order/bank check).

Damages

Damages done to entertainer’s music instruments, accessories or (look alike) costume is the responsibility of the event coordinator who booked the party/event.

Theft or stolen items

Items taken or stolen from the entertainer’s bag/s, music equipment are the responsibility of the event coordinator who booked the party/event.

No personal information is collected from viewers of this web site or stored on this web server without their knowledge and consent. Any queries about this site and its policies should be directed to Carl's e-mail.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER:

All participants understand and are aware that dance is a physical and potentially hazardous activity.  I understand that my participation in dance activities sponsored by Carl Charles Entertainment involves a risk of injury to any and all parts of my body.  I hereby agree to freely and expressly assume and accept any and all risks of injury or death from participation in dance lessons and other entertainment activities sponsored by Carl Charles Entertainment.  I agree to release and hold harmless Carl Charles Entertainment and all of its owners, agents and employees from any and all liability for damages and personal injury to myself or any person or property resulting from the negligence of Carl Charles Entertainment and its owners, agents, and employees, which occurs in the course of attending dance lessons and other entertainment activities sponsored by Carl Charles Entertainment or made available to me by Carl Charles Entertainment, whether said lessons or entertainment activities are held within Carl Charles Entertainment own studio or at other locations outside of it. 

AUTHORIZATION TO USE LIKENESS:

I understand that Carl Charles Entertainment, its owners, agents and employees, may take photographs or videos of me while participating in dance lessons, magic show, DJ event and activities sponsored by Carl Charles Entertainment.  I expressly authorize and agree to allow Carl Charles Entertainment to use my likeness from these photographs and videos for use by Carl Charles Entertainment in promotional, instructional, marketing and advertising materials.   

WAIVER:

The waiver by Carl Charles Entertainment of one breach of any term, condition, covenant, obligation or agreement under this Read Agreement shall not be considered to be a waiver of that or any other term, condition, covenant, obligation or agreement or of any subsequent breach thereof.
